OUR MISSION

MEET YOUR COACH

Patrick is a former Division III Cross Country and Track athlete. Born and raised in Virginia, Patrick saw the importance of being both mentally and physically fit during his athletic career after battling performance anxiety during high school racing and a surgery for a torn hip labrum during college sport.

By utilizing mental and physical performance consulting, Patrick was able to overcome mental blocks and injuries. With support of these services, he began to redefine success, reignite his passion for competing, and elevate his performance on the track. He founded the Shenandoah University chapter of The Hidden Opponent, a student-athlete mental health non-profit organization, and will be begin pursuing his PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas during the fall of 2025, while on his journey to become a licensed sport psychologist.

Patrick views his clients as humans first, seeking to establish a genuine connection and collaborative effort to help athletes of all ages reach their goals.
